Family Centered Early Supports and Services

Northern Human Services, FCESS program, is committed to providing children and families in Carroll, Coos and Upper Grafton counties, with exceptional early intervention services and care coordination. We understand that it can be very scary and intimidating learning about developmental disabilities and established conditions, finding and obtaining specific services, and advocating for the needs of your child. Our program is designed to be family centered and work around your schedule and family needs.
