Staff Profiles
Karen Willett serves asIntake Coordinator for Carroll County. Karen also provides Service Coordination to families as well as 1:1 special instruction for eligible children. She lives in Brookfield with her husband and two children. She graduated from Bridgewater State College with a BS in Psychology. Karen is certified through the Bureau of Developmental Services as an Early Interventionist. She has worked in the human service field for 18 years.
Rochelle Hickmott-Mulkern, developmental specialist, is also the program director for FCESS. She has over 20 years experience in the fields of human services and education. She currently holds a MA in Public Policy and Management and a M.Ed. in Special Education. She is certified as a special educator with concentrations in learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, and special education administration. Besides coordinating the administrative functions of FCESS, Rochelle also directly evaluates children through a multidisciplinary team assessment and provides special instruction to children. She lives in Mount Washington Valley with her husband and two children.

Occupational Therapist
Kerin Graham, OT, has worked with young children for over 20 years, both in special education and early intervention programs. She received her BS in Early Childhood Education from UNH in 1994. After teaching special education preschool for several years, she went on to Tufts University and obtained a MS in Occupational Therapy. While working as both an OT and special educator, she received teacher certification in General Special Education from Plymouth State University. Kerin continues to further her education through professional trainings and networking with other professionals working with young children. She is the mom of two daughters and enjoys skiing, hiking, and biking with her family.
Cassie Rowe is an early childhood paraprofessional, she works directly with FCESS families providing service coordination and parent education programming. She is a certified Parents as Teachers home visitor, and is also a service provider for the grant funded program Healthy Families America through the Carroll county VNA, that provides services prenataly through age three. She is a recent graduate from Granite State College with a BS in Behavioral Science and is certified in the Triple P Parenting Program, evidence based positive parenting program. Emilie Infinger is a Speech Language Pathologist. She grew up in Rangeley, ME where she graduated from Mount Abram High school in 2000. Upon graduation Emilie attended Plymouth State University and received a B.S. in Early Childhood Education with a Special Education option. In 2008 Emilie graduated from the University of Maine with a M.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Emilie works directly with children and families in FCESS who may have communication disorders and/or feeding/swallowing and/or oral motor concerns.
Sheri Goyette is the Intake Coordinator for Upper Grafton and Coos counties. She also is a service coordinator for FCESS families and works directly with children 1:1 providing paraprofessional supports. Sheri has more than 8 years experience working with public schools as a paraprofessional and is extremely knowledgeable about resources for families.
Gail Carreau is a Developmental Specialist Paraprofessional for FCESS. She taught in elementary schools in NH for many years after receiving her BA in Elementary Education from UNH. Currently, Gail is enrolled in the Early Interventionist Certificate Program through the Bureau of Developmental Services. She works directly with children and provides service coordination to families in the north country. She and her husband reside in Gorham. Gail enjoys boating, biking and spending time with her two grandsons.
Jo-Anne Brusseau has worked with Children for over 2o years, for the past year she has worked at the Franconia Childrens Center. Prior to the Childrens Center she was a kindergarten teacher in Littleton with 18 years of experience. She has a bachelors degree in elementry education with a minor in early childhood development. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children who are currently in high school.
