Family Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) is a Federal and State mandated program that provides developmental therapeutic early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who have an established medical/genetic condition, 33% developmental delay and/or who are at-risk of developing a substantial developmental delay.
